Aloo Patties

Cooking Method :   

For covering

  3 medium sized boiled and grated potatoes

  1/2 Cup dry bread crumbs

  1/4 Cup Corn flour

For stuffing-

  1/2 Cup desiccated coconut

  1/4 Cup finely chopped fresh coriander

  2 Finely chopped green chilli

  1/2 Tsp red chilli powder

  1 Tbsp Lemon juice

  1 Tbsp chopped cashews

  1 Tbsp raisins

  1/2 Tsp Salt or to taste

 For serving - Tamarind chutney, corianderchutney

Add boiled and grated potatoes and salt in a vessel.

Add dry breadcrumbs, corn flour and mix. Prepare a dough.

For stuffing mix desiccated coconut, green chilli, red chilli powder, salt, raisins, cashews, lemon juice and fresh coriander. Mix nicely.

Grease the hands with oil. Prepare lemon size dough and make a ball, make a cavity in potato ball and fill the stuffing and seal it properly.

Fry in hot oil on medium to high flame.

Don't touch them immediately, until they become firm.

Flip and fry them from another side too.

They are perfectly fried, now take them out.

Delicious stuffed indori patties are ready!!

For serving add fried patties in a serving bowl, drizzle green chutney and tamarind chutney over it.
