Custard Apple Cashew Sweet

  125g Cashew powder

  100g sugar

  25g Milk powder

  1 Tbsp. Mix chopped dry fruits

  1/2 Tsp. Cardamom powder

  Green food color

  80ml water

Add 80ml water and sugar in a nonstick wok.

Cook on low flame and prepare a thin sugar syrup. Sugar Syrup is ready now.

Add cashew powder, milk powder in sugar syrup. Mix and cook on low flame.

Now it has started to thicken. It will take 8-10 minutes.

Switch off the flame and allow to cool for 3-4 minutes.

Transfer onto a greased plate.

Mix it with a spatula. It is still hot now.

Divide into two parts.

Add cardamom powder, mixed dry fruits in one part. Mix well.

Now we have two types of cashew dough.

Prepare small lemon size balls from the dry fruits mixture dough. The dough should be little hot.

Now prepare small-small balls from the plain cashew dough.

Both types of balls are prepared.

Stick small balls on big cashew balls as shown in the video.

If they do not stick properly, dip small balls in milk and stick.

Now press it gently.

Prepare all the cashew custard apple like this.

Apply liquid green food colour on palms and roll the prepared custard apple in palms, so that we get resembling custard apple cashew sweet.

Beautiful cashew custard apples are ready to serve!!
