2 Cups Gram flour (Besan)
1/2 Cup
Finely chopped onion
1/2 Cup
finely chopped tomato
1/4 Cup
finely chopped fresh coriander
2-3
finely chopped green chilli
1 Inch
grated ginger
1Tsp
Red chilli Powder
1 Tsp
Salt
1/2 Tsp
Carom Seeds
1/2 Tsp
Garam Masala
1/4 Cup
oil
For
assembling-
2 Tbsp
Butter
1/2 Cup
Green Chutney
1/2 Cup
Red Garlic Chutney

Bread Slices
Sieve the gram
flour to make a lump free batter.
Add all
vegetables and spices (except oil).
Mix well.
Gradually add
water and make a thin batter.
Cover and keep
aside for 5 minutes.
Grease the hot
tava with oil.
Spread a big
spoonful prepared batter on hot tava.
Allow to cook
on low flame.
Flip it and
cook from another side too.
Remove from
heat.
Cut in to
halves.
Apply butter
on bread slices.
Apply green
chutney on one bread.
Apply red
garlic chutney on other bread.
Fold cheela
and place on the bread slice. Cover it with another bread.
Grease the
bottom plate of grilled sandwich maker with butter.
Place the
prepared sandwich on hot sandwich maker.
Apply generous
amount of butter on the upper bread. Close the lid of sandwich maker and allow
to cook till brown marks appear on the bread slices.
Now the
sandwich is ready. Remove from sandwich maker. Use wooden spatula.
Cut the
prepared sandwich in two halves. Serve hot!!
