Easy and quick recipe of whole wheat double chocolate brownie.
2 Cups wheat flour (aatta)
milk or as needed
Instant coffee powder
Tsp. Baking soda
& seek biscuits
Add butter and
sugar in a bowl. Beat till it becomes creamy.
Add curd and
beat it again.
ingredients like salt, baking powder, baking soda, coffee powder, cocoa powder
and wheat flour.

milk and mix.
essence and mix.
Add more milk
and chopped walnuts and mix.
Here I have
prepared a 9*9 square inch cake tin with parchment paper. It will help in
brownie is fudgy in texture and difficult to unmould.
Now pour the
prepared brownie batter in cake tin.
& seek biscuits over the brownie batter.
Bake in a
preheated oven on 180 degree Celsius for 25 minutes.
take out the cake tin from the oven.
Check it with
a toothpick, if some crumbs stick on the toothpick means our brownie is
Allow to cool
and demould it. Cut in square pieces.
gooey brownie is ready to eat.
You can enjoy
them hot or cold as per your choice.
