  2-3 Maize flour/rice flour kheechu/papad

  1/2 Cup Finely chopped onion

  1/2 Cup Finely chopped tomato

  1/2 Nylon sev (savory vermicelli)

  1/4 Cup Tamarind chutney

  1/4 Cup Green chutney

  1/4 Cup Fresh chopped coriander

  2 Green chilli chopped

  1/2 tsp chaat masala

  1/2 tsp red chilli powder

  1/2 tsp Salt

Roast the khichu/ papad on gas stove. You can roast it on microwave for 30-40 seconds too.

Place in a serving plate.

Break it into pieces with the help of the palm.

Assemble the pieces in a round shape.

Apply tamarind chutney over it.

Now apply green chutney.

Place tomato, onion and green chilli.

Place nylon sev over the vegetables.

Garnish with fresh coriander.

Sprinkle red chilli powder, salt, chaat masala. Serve immediately.
