A healthy and interesting twist to a boring salad.
1/2 Cup Sprouted whole green gram (moong)
sprouted whole moth beans (moth)
sprouted bengal gram (kala chana)
boiled and diced potato
finely chopped onion
finely chopped tomato
finely chopped cucumber
fresh beaten curd
roasted flax seeds
seasoning - Rock salt, red chilli powder, chaat masala, black pepper powder
bengal gram in pressure cooker. Add salt and 1/4 cup water.
Mix and close
the lid. Take 2-3 whistles and allow to cool.
Open the lid
and drain out the excess water.
bengal gram, sprouted green gram, sprouted moth bean in a big bowl.
cabbage, cucumber, onion, tomato, potato, pomegranate seeds.
Now add salt,
black pepper powder and chaat masala according to taste.
seeds, tamarind chutney, green chutney and curd. Mix nicely.
Here I have
served sprouts chaat in cabbage leaves. You can serve according to your choice.
