Crispy, delicious homemade lahsun sev.
2 Cup gram
1 Tsp Carom seeds
1 Tsp Salt
1/8 Tsp Baking Soda
25ml hot oil
23-15 Garlic Cloves
3-4 Green Chillies
1/2 Tsp Black Pepper Powder
cloves, green chilli and 1tbsp water in a jar. Grind and make a paste.
flour, salt, carom seeds, black pepper powder in a big vessel and mix well.
soda in hot oil and mix in gram flour.
garlic-chilli paste and make a soft dough using water.
These are sev
maker's disc. You can use any one.
Place the sev
(vermicelli) disc in sev maker.
Fill the sev
maker with prepared dough and close it.
Fry in hot oil
till they are crispy.
Flip and fry
from another side too.
Take out from
chillies in hot oil for few seconds.
