Give value to health, time and money. Prepare katori chaat at home and relish.
200g Maida (all purpose flour)
60ml Oil, 1Tsp Salt, 1/2Tsp Carom seeds
For stuffing -
1/2 Cup boiled and diced potatoes
1/2 Cup Finely chopped onion
1/2 Cup Finely chopped tomato
1/2 Pomegranate seeds
7-8 Monaco biscuits
1/2 Cup Sev (Savoury vermicelli)
1/2 Cup beaten curd
1/2 Cup Tamarind chutney
1/2 Cup Green chutney
For seasoning - Salt, red chilli powder, black
salt, roasted cumin powder, fresh
For dough add
flour, salt, carom seeds and mix with hands. Add oil and mix well.
Add water and
make a soft dough using water. Cover and keep aside.
