Watermelon Cashew Sweet

Cooking Method :   

1 Cup cashew Powder

  1 Cup milk powder

  1 Cup homemade sweetened condensed milk

  1 Tbsp. clarified butter (ghee)

  1 Tbsp. Black sesame seeds (optional)

  1/8 Tsp. red food color

  1/8 Tsp. green food color

Add black sesame in wok and dry roast for 2 minutes.

Add clarified butter and condensed milk in a heavy bottom pan and let it boil.

Add milk powder and cashew powder and mix well.

Stir it continuously to avoid forming lumps.

Let it cook until it starts to come together and form a big lump. The flame should be on low.

Remove from fire and allow to cool for 5-6 minutes.

Transfer the cashew dough into a plate.

With the greased hands give a log shape to the dough and divide in three equal parts.

Now add red food color and roasted sesame seeds in one part and mix well. Prepare a ball with greased hands and keep aside.

Add green food color in second part and mix well. Make a ball with greased hands and keep aside.

Now all three balls are ready.

prepare 13-14 small balls from each colored dough.

Now prepare a disc from green cashew ball. Cover the red cashew ball with white dough and then cover with green cashew disc as shown in the video.

Prepare all the balls like this. Keep in fridge for 2 hours.

Cut the ball in four parts with a sharp knife.

Homemade beautiful watermelon cashew sweets are ready to celebrate the festive days.
