Cooking Method :   

  3/4 Cup Whole Wheat Flour

  1/4 Cup Corn Flour

  110g Unsalted butter

  2 Tbsp Unsweetened Cocoa Powder

  1/3 Cup+1Tbsp Powdered Sugar

  1/4 Cup milk or as needed

Add butter and sugar in a bowl.

Beat with a whisker till it becomes creamy.

Add wheat flour, corn flour, cocoa powder and mix.

Gradually add milk so that we can pipe it to make rosettes.

Place a star nozzle in piping bag and fill the cookie batter

Pipe out the rosette on a baking tray.

Bake on a preheated oven for 15-18 minutes on 180 degree Celsius.

Take them out. Allow to cool for 7-8 minutes.

Place them on wire rack and allow to cool completely.

Healthy whole wheat cookies are ready to eat!!
