For tandoori corn - Add 1/2tsp red chilli paste, 1 grated garlic, 1/4tsp chaat masala, 1/4tsp rock salt, 1/4tsp roasted cumin powder

For chilli-chocolate corn - add 1tsp chocolate sauce, 1/2tsp red chilli sauce, 1/4tsp rock salt, 1/4tsp red chilli flakes

For honey bunny grilled corn - Add 1tsp honey, 1/2tsp green chilli sauce, 1/2tsp lemon juice, a pinch of salt.

Smokey, Lime & Jalapeno Grilled Corn - Add 1/2tsp butter, chopped jalapeño, 1/2tsp lemon juice, fresh coriander, red chilli flakes

For Italian herb, cheesy grilled corn - Add 1tsp butter, 1tbsp grated cheese, 1 grated garlic, 1/4tsp oregano, 1/4tsp dry basil, 1/4 tsp black pepper powder

For Schezwan grilled corn - Add 1tsp tomato ketchup and 1 tsp schezwan sauce

 Indian Chaat grilled corn- 1tsp tamarind chutney, 1tsp green chutney, ¼ tsp red chilli flakes, ¼ tsp black salt

Here I am using sweet corns. Make sure to clean them before use.

Grill them on tava till brown marks appear.

Cut them in two pieces. This is totally optional you can use a whole corn also.

For tandoori corn - Add 1/2tsp red chilli paste, 1 grated garlic, 1/4tsp chaat masala, 1/4tsp rock salt, 1/4tsp roasted cumin powder in a bowl. Mix all and apply on hot grilled corn. Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot.

For chilli-chocolate corn - add 1tsp chocolate sauce, 1/2tsp red chilli sauce, 1/4tsp rock salt, 1/4tsp red chilli flakes in a bowl and mix well. Apply on hot grilled corn. Garnish with chilli flakes grated chocolate.

For honey bunny grilled corn - Add 1tsp honey, 1/2tsp green chilli sauce, 1/2tsp lemon juice, a pinch of salt. Apply on hot grilled corn. Garnish with lemon slice.

Smokey, Lime & Jalapeno Grilled Corn - Add 1/2tsp butter, chopped jalapeño, 1/2tsp lemon juice, fresh coriander, red chilli flakes in a bowl. Apply on hot grilled corn.

For Italian herb, cheesy grilled corn - Add 1tsp butter, 1tbsp grated cheese, 1 grated garlic, 1/4tsp oregano, 1/4tsp dry basil, 1/4 tsp black pepper powder in a bowl and mix well. Apply on corn.

For Schezwan grilled corn - Add 1tsp tomato ketchup and 1 tsp schezwan sauce in a bowl. And apply on hot grilled corn.

Last but not the least Indian Chaat grilled corn- Apply tamarind chutney & green chutney on grilled corn, sprinkle red chilli flakes, black salt over it. Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot.
