Bread Roll

This is the most favorite snack of mine since childhood, my mom use to make it often for breakfast. These are crispy and delicious. Start enjoying them and i am sure you will just not stop for second helping.

  Bread slices

  5-6 boiled and mashed potato

  1 Tsp Red chilli powder

  1 Tsp salt

  2 Green chilli chopped

  1/2 Tsp Turmeric

  1/2 Tsp Garam Masala

  1/2 Tsp dry mango powder (aamchur powder)

  1/4 Cup fresh coriander

  1 Tsp Cumin seeds

  1 Tbsp oil

Heat oil in a pan and crackle the cumin seeds.

Add green chilli, potato and all spices.

Mix and cook on medium flame.

Remove brown sides of the bread with a sharp knife.

Soak bread slice in water and squeeze with the help of palm.

Place 1tbsp stuffing on bread slice and seal it nicely as shown in the video.

Fry in hot oil on high flame till they become golden brown.

Take out them and serve hot.
