Kutchi dabeli is a famous gujrati snack, which is spicy, tangy and sweet. You can make it at home without using market ka dabeli masala without compromising in taste.
- For stuffing
Boiled and mashed potatoes
red chilli powder
dry mango powder (aamchoor powder)
salt or to taste
tamarind chutney ( 2tbsp sugar, 2tbsp tamarind paste)
without skin peanut, 1/2cup nylon sev, 1/2 pomegranate seeds,
(fresh grapes), 2tbsp
fresh coriander, 1tbsp butter, Pav (Bread buns)
Heat 1tsp oil in a pan.
Add peanuts and roast for a minute.
Add 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4tsp
garam masala, 1/4tsp dry mango powder. Mix well.
Switch off the flame and
add 1/4tsp red chilli powder. Spicy masala peanuts are ready. Keep aside.
Heat 1tbsp oil in the

Pour the potato mixture
in a plate and spread it evenly.

nylon sev on sides of the stuffed bun.
