Mango Suji Gulabjamun

Mango is king of fruits and gulab jamuns are loved by all. Presenting instant recipe of mango suji gulabjamun, which is easy, delightful, giving you taste of mangoes and gulabjamun at one go.

Cooking Method :   

 1/2 Cup Semolina (Rava)

 3/4 Cup Milk Powder

 1/4 tsp Baking Powder

 2 tsp Clarified butter

 1/2 Cup Mango Puree

For sugar syrup-

 1+1/4 Cup Sugar

 1 Cup water

 1/2 tsp Mango essence

 1/2 tsp Cardamom powder

For sugar syrup add sugar and water allow to boil till sugar dissolve properly.

Add mango essence and switch off the flame.

Cover it and keep aside.

Add semolina, milk powder and baking powder in a vessel. Mix well.

Prepare soft dough using mango puree.

Add clarified butter and knead for 2-3 minutes.

Cover and keep aside for 5-7 minutes.

Grease the hands and prepare small balls from the dough.

Fry them in hot oil/ghee on medium flame.

Note: Don't touch them from spatula as they will break. Be Careful.

After 2-3 minutes you can fry them with a spatula.

Take out them from oil.

Heat sugar syrup again.

Add fried gulabjamun in sugar syrup and boil for 4-5 minutes.

Add cardamom powder and mix well. Switch off the flame.
