Jamun Ice Cream

Ice-Creams and Kulfi (Frozen Dessert)

  250ml Fresh cream

  1 Cup Non dairy whipping cream

  1 Cup Jamun puree (Black Plum )

  2 Tbsp Powdered Sugar

Cut jamun with knife.

Fill in a jar and prepare a smooth puree.

Keep two bowls and beater blades in freezer for 30 minutes.

Add nondairy whipping cream in a bowl and whip till stiff peaks.

Now add fresh cream in another chilled bowl and beat it for 2-3 minutes on high speed.

Add powdered sugar and beat it again for 3-4 minutes.

Add nondairy whipped cream and fresh jamun puree. Beat it for a minute.

Add more jamun puree and beat again.

Fold it with a spatula.

Pour in an air-tight container and keep in freezer for 8-10 hours.

Scoop out the jamun ice cream and serve. Enjoy!!

Natural Jamun flavoured ice-cream is ready to eat.
