Ice-Creams and Kulfi (Frozen Dessert)
1/2 Litre Full cream milk
1/2 Cup Sugar or to taste
1Cup Fresh mango pulp
1/2Cup
Fresh Bread Crumbs
Add 1 cup milk in pan and mix milk powder.
Add rest of milk and allow to boil.
Add bread crumbs and mix properly. Stir continuously.
Milk has started to thicken.
Add sugar and mix well. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
Now milk is getting thick. Switch off the flame and allow to cool.
Add mango pulp and mix well.
The milk looks so thick and creamy.
Fill the kulfi moulds with thick and creamy mango flavored milk.
Insert kulfi sticks in kulfi moulds.
They are ready to freeze.
Place them in a cake tin. Keep in fridge for 8-10 hours.
When kulfi sets properly, dip kulfi mould in water and demould.
Ta-da creamy mango kulfi is ready without cream, mava and condensed milk.
