Chilli Potato Bites

Chilli Garlic Potato Bites are loaded with garlic, crispy and melt in mouth. They are easy to make. You can store them in deep freezer for about 10 days. They are the perfect snack for evening tea. All age group people will like it.

Cooking Method :   

  2 Large Boiled Potatoes (Kept in fridge for 6-7 hours)

  1 Tbsp Finely chopped Garlic

  1 Tsp Red Chili Flakes

  1/2 Tsp Black Pepper Powder

  1 Tsp Oregano

  1 Tsp Garlic Powder (Optional)

  1 Tsp Salt

  1/4 Cup Dry Bread Crumbs

  1/3 Cup Cornflour

  Oil for frying

Heat 1 Tsp oil in a pan, add garlic and cook till it becomes brown.

Peel the potatoes. Grate the potatoes.

Add chilli flakes, oregano, salt, burnt garlic, garlic powder, black pepper, bread crumbs and 2 tbsp of

corn flour.

Mix well and make a dough.

Divide in three parts with greased hands and prepare logs.

Press them gently as shown in the video.

Place them on a tray and keep in deep freezer for 30 minutes.

Take out from freezer and cut into 1+1/2 inch pieces.

Roll them in rest of corn flour. You can store in deep freezer for 15 days or can fry immediately.

Deep fry in hot oil on high flame till crispy.

Take out and serve hot!!
